Stamping line

At JAT, we have invested in a modern stamping system with a total of 52 machines, ready to meet all production needs from simple to complex. The line is equipped with a variety of machines with stamping forces from 15 tons to 500 tons, allowing flexible processing of many different types of materials. Thanks to that, we always ensure high precision, stable quality and outstanding efficiency in each product.

 

 

Welding line

Our welding line is currently equipped with 49 modern welding machines, including a full range of technologies: TIG welding, MIG welding, spot welding and automatic robotic welding. Thanks to the advanced equipment system, we can perform precise, highly aesthetic welds - from small mechanical components to large structures serving the automotive and motorcycle industry. All are strictly controlled to ensure the highest quality standards.

 

 

Lathing line

With the aim of meeting diverse requirements for precision mechanical processing, our company has invested in a modern lathe line system, ensuring high productivity and quality. The lathe line includes 25 modern lathes, from traditional mechanical lathes such as Sanga, semi-automatic hydraulic lathes, to new generation CNC lathes. The flexible combination of lathes helps optimize the machining process, suitable for each technical requirement - from simple details to products with complex and tight tolerances.

 

 

Cutting line

Our company owns a diverse and modern cutting machine line, meeting many different technical requirements in the mechanical processing process. The system includes a total of 10 cutting machines originating from Japan and China, including automatic cutting machines, sheet laser cutting machines, tube laser cutting machines, fiber laser cutting machines integrated with sheet cutting and tube cutting, ensuring accurate cutting of materials, from tube details, bars to large metal plates.

 

 

Mold making/ repairing line

We own a professional mold manufacturing and repair line with 43 modern machines from Japan, ensuring optimal precision and durability for mold products. This line allows us to design, process and restore molds with high precision, meeting the strict requirements in the production of auto, motorbike and electronic spare parts.

 

 

Bending line

We are equipped with specialized machinery systems from Taiwan, allowing us to perform precise forming operations for metal pipes with a maximum outer diameter of OD22. Specifically including: 2 NC tube bending machines; 1 NC tube head cold forming machine.
This line helps ensure smooth curvature, high precision and limited tube deformation - good response in the production of pipes, frame structures, and spare parts for automobiles, motorbikes or light industrial equipment.
